I really liked the glass jar metaphor with sand, rocks, pebbles and water. It's important to remember hybrid/remote is still your daily job. I also like how the speaker reminds us with the 5 remote tasks with technology 1. security 2. collaboration 3. communication 4. connectedness 5. productivity. Don't forget self- compassion breaks as well, remembering the 90/10 rule.
