- If you want to persuade an enthusiastic, a yellow person to do something, you've got to have a good relationship with them. And we like people who are similar to ourselves. So the main thing is to make the process fun. They're a fun person. They want to work with a fun person. Or at least a person who makes the process fun. So, an easy win is to meet over food, meet over coffee or over lunch. We always bond better with people who we meet over food. Now, blue people will be thinking, well, is it efficient? Meet over food and who's paying for the food? Is that part of the project? Red people are thinking, I haven't got time to go and eat food. But yellow people are just thinking brilliant food.
