- Hey, welcome back. Now in this section, we're going to do a second case study for a rental income property. But this time, we're going to get into the nuts and bolts, more than we did in the jumpstart where you got a sneak peek of it through Joe's analysis. In this one, you're going to follow along as I show you the steps required to perform the analysis that Joe did from gathering the comps and interpreting them and then, ultimately, putting them together into your analysis to analyze a property. Now after completing this exercise, you'll be able to use the same techniques and tools to conduct your analysis for pretty much any income property in any market. All right, let's dive in.
