How's your energy? You ready to tackle the day? Probably not. If this affects you at all, it likely does so in a negative way. So why is this relevant? A Michigan State study found that nearly 90% of employees have experienced negativity at work to the degree that it made it difficult to work in the environment. That means on your projects, your team members have a far higher chance than not of dealing with effectiveness-impacting levels of negativity.
