- Conflict resolution is tough, and it takes a lot of patience to do well, but there are things that you can do to help make it easier on yourself. This lesson is all about leveraging tools inside your organization that you maybe didn't even know you had. There are three common internal organizational resources you can use to navigate interpersonal conflicts. The first resource is relationship holders. Dealing with conflict resolution means dealing with people, and the great thing about interacting with people is being able to build relationships, even by accident. That means when you are working through conflict, there are people that the individuals involved have relationships with. If you can identify the people who know that person, you can work with them to get a more complete picture on how to work with that person that you're resolving a conflict with.
