- Creating lofts can be a complicated process. And in this video I want to show you how we can create a fairly complex shape using those guide curves. So to lay out what I have here as I've got a starting plane here, on that plane I have just a point. So here's my point which is the starting point, which is right there. I've got this profile in the center. I've got an ending point, which is, again, is just a point. I've got a lower guide and I've got an upper guide. And then I've got the original profile down here which is defining the shape. So you can start from a point, if you want to which will create a cone anytime you're doing a loft. To create this feature, we need to go up here to features and come over here to loft. All right, my profiles, I want to choose them in order. It's very important to choose things in order.
