- Thanks for joining me on this journey into team coaching in a VUCA world. By now, you should have a pretty good idea of how team coaching can help you add value to your clients. You might also be thinking, "This is quite daunting. Am I up to it?" Yes, you are if you're willing to use every assignment of the learning opportunity. You'll be surprised at how quickly you get used to seeing things through the lens of complexity. So, get out there and try it. You can start with your own team if you have one, or be an understudy to a more experienced team coach, or help a one-to-one client to create a coaching culture in their team. Opportunities to practice that everywhere. And the great thing is you don't have to get it right. You just have to help a team have a conversation it needs but hasn't yet been able to have.
