Arpeggio pattern t, i, m, a

- Now let's play a basic arpeggio which is simply strings four, three, two and one. Because we have our fingers assigned to each string, we just pluck them. (ukulele music) Let's play a traditional Hawaiian song using this arpeggio. The song is called Hi'ilawe which was first recorded in 1946 and has since been recorded over 107 times. Probably 108 by now. This will be the 109th recording. One, two, three, four. (ukulele music)
