The impact of silos on your business

- Imagine you're on an airplane flying at 30,000 feet. Think for a moment, is your plane able to fly because of its engines, its wings, or the rudder on the tail, or perhaps it's because of the pilot and the crew? Well, it actually takes all of these interdependent parts working together to keep your plane flying. Plus it also needs a lift force that acts on the wings to keep the plane afloat. Just like the plane, you need interdependent functions to work together to keep your organization soaring. Hi, my name is Sam Yankelevitch. As a Global Operations Executive, I've been using A3 three thinking for years and have experienced how it has helped reconnect silos in large companies. I'll be showing you how you can use the ideas behind A3 to act as a lift force that boosts alignment and collaboration, and reconnect silos once and for all.
