- [Rick] In this video, I'll demonstrate "How to Group Virtual Machines Together to Create a vApp." And so here I am starting out in the vSphere Client, and I'm just going to go to Hosts and Clusters. And under Hosts and Clusters, I'm going to create three temporary VMs that I'm going to use for the purposes of this demo. The first VM I'm going to create, I'm going to simply call it WebServer, and this web server VM, let's just imagine that we are providing some sort of website based upon this virtual machine. I'm going to spin it up on this first ESXi host. I'll just pick one of my data stores. I'll pick the latest compatibility level and I will choose my operating system. And I'm going through this relatively quickly. If you saw my demo where I create a new virtual machine, these steps here are pretty much identical.
