According to legislators this can only be done by paying them off to maybe do it for you; As per usual the proper work is done by not government but private initiative. So, pick a low hanging fruit you would not reach for otherwise like led lights or cycle-schemes at your company, or go altruistic and buy some acres of rainforest to preserve it from deforestation.
