💡 Do you know that you can connect and disconnect couplings in skid steers, even under residual pressure? How? Stucchi has designed the perfect solution! Stucchi has developed the Saturn series to couple from three to five lines in a modular and flexible manner. What makes Saturn so special? A manual knob that allows you to couple and uncouple lines, even in the presence of residual pressure, with just two simple movements! This means reduced downtime and increased operability - advantages that every operator will appreciate. Furthermore, the technology inside the knob makes cartridge replacements much more cost-effective than those of competitors, as well as prevents accidental disconnection caused by side loading. Versatility is not the only strength of Saturn. This system for pressurized fluids also offers a high degree of safety and durability, as required for skid steers operations. 👉 If you are interested in this subject, check-out the complete video here: https://lnkd.in/fpu-yun #aconstantflowofsolutions #casting #residualpression #saturn

Compression spring end types: There are two basic end types used for compression springs-closed and open. Each option offers the choice of either ground or not ground ends. The most widely used type is a closed or squared off end type. In the case of closed ended springs, the space between the last two coils is minimal so that the coils actually touch and it sits flat. Conversely, open ended springs are not squared off and tend to need some form of support, such as a rod. Open ends are usually only specified in special applications. Grinding the ends of compression springs helps springs sit more flat to reduce buckling. #SpringManufacturer #dvtsprings #CompressionSpring #TorsionSpring #TensionSpring #
