Developer-turned-recruiter | I used to create software, now I help you to find a job that truly fits your future

Yesterday, we touched on how competitive pay is crucial to attract and retain top tech talent. However, a salary isn’t the only factor that keeps the skilled professionals hooked. 🙅♂️ Today, let’s delve into another critical aspect that can significantly impact your retention rate - the opportunity for learning and advancement. • Learning and Advancing People love growing in their careers. They like learning from others, getting more training, and earning certifications. Growing in their role while learning new things is what keeps the job exciting. It's a good idea to show someone you hire what their growth path could look like. Of course, some developers are happy where they are. But you won't believe the number of people I speak to who think there is no more room for growth in their current job and want to switch to another company because of that. 🔄 Tomorrow, we'll delve into a topic that’s close to many developers’ hearts, but is often overlooked by employers. 💙 A hint? It's all about giving them the space they need to flourish. Stay tuned, and see you tomorrow for more insights!
