Case Study Spotlight: Transforming Boxed Water Is Better's eCommerce Experience 💧   At eHouse, we're passionate about helping brands like Boxed Water thrive in the digital space. Boxed Water is leading the charge against plastic pollution with their sustainable, plant-based, 100% recyclable water bottles. They wanted to elevate their eCommerce strategy for both DTC and B2B markets, needing a more flexible, accessible, and impactful online presence. eHouse developed a custom Shopify 2.0 implementation for both DTC and B2B sites, ensuring a seamless experience. We enhanced accessibility by updating branding to meet ADA best practices and improved product findability by organizing products by category, optimizing add-to-cart features, updating photography, and including price per unit data on PDPs. We also optimized their subscription program with clear benefits and persuasive CTAs. Boxed Water, which has planted over 1.5 million trees through their #BetterPlanet program, now has a robust eCommerce platform that supports their mission and enhances the customer experience.
