Why are you doing what you're doing today? I bet, it’s more than just to pay the bills. I used to work for a corporate secretarial firm, where I'd help entrepreneurs register their business and more. My team members were great, and I was their top salesperson. Life was supposed to be good, but something was missing... 🤔 Deep down, I knew my true passion was in marketing. I’d always been fascinated by human behavior and the power of brands. Like, why would you spend $20 on ramen when you can get a bowl of noodles for $5? One day, I decided to follow my passion and become a marketer. I landed a role as a Marketing Executive at Mount Faber Leisure Group, a leading attractions company that managed the Singapore Cable Car and more. Over the years, as a marketer for companies like Domino's, KFC, BreadTalk and Toast Box, I've had small wins like a taxi uncle recognising our brand and... I've also had big wins of smashing record sales and profits consistently year-over-year. I used to think I had all the answers when it came to branding. But stepping into a regional role opened my eyes to the importance of respecting and embracing local perspectives. Now, I use consider insights to develop strategies to build brands that culturally and functionally relevant. Honestly, I just love seeing customers smile. Now, I'm looking for 01 Process Excellence Director (G7) who is working in Thailand with the details as below. Key Accountabilities 1. Identify and Drive Process Improvements by analysing current operational processes to identify areas for improvement and implement optimized workflows. 2. Develop Action Plans. Create and execute detailed action plans to address process inefficiencies and implement corrective measures. 3. Ensure SOPs are up-to-date and adhered to across within the Business Unit, promoting consistency and efficiency. 4. Provide training on process improvement methodologies and tools to empower staff within Business Unit and foster a culture of continuous improvement. 5. Develop and monitor performance dashboard to track the success of process improvements and Business Unit operational performance. 6. Work closely with various departments to ensure seamless integration of process changes and improvements. 7.
