While I daresay NO ONE is more passionate about solving the housing crisis than me, and I strongly support the Governors push to build 35,000 starter homes in the next five years... THIS should not be the outcome! Endless sprawling density with no regard to walkability and long-term community planning (think live, work, play). This is hideous, and it will do nothing to promote quality communities that people want to call home long-term. We can do better.
