When working with Kline May, the ultimate goal was to maintain and exalt their independent brokerage status by not just making it look better, but by honoring “sense of place” at the very core of their identity. Everything we created was inspired by their surroundings. The color, topographic system, and monogram celebrate where they sit in the Blue Ridge Mountains, Shenandoah Valley. The team was incredibly proud of their home and we worked to integrate their location's DNA into every possible brand touch point. One of the proudest contributions to this project, were the developer-programmed (and then manually red-drawn) topographic lines. This huge lift was worth the effort, because it left the Kline May team with entirely unique and propriety art that would only ever represent them and their brand.
