✨2024 Has been a challenging, yet amazing year for Skywings. It's far too much to mention everything that happened in 2024, but here are some highlights of our 2024: 💙 We signed an agreement with Brussels Airlines for their first MPL cadet program. 23 Cadets started their journey to become a Brussels Airlines pilot. 💙 32 Students started an integrated ATPL training with us, divided over 3 promotions. 💙 We broke a record with signing off 11 students within 8 days for their first solo flights in our fair weather base in Mutxamel, Spain 🇪🇸 💙 We built and certified a new Diamond Aircraft manufactured Da40/42 simulator. 💙 We did an extensive hardware upgrade on our Simnest Aviation manufactured Airbus A320 simulator. 💙 We acquired a Robin R2160 (OO-SKG) for advanced UPRT training. 💙 We acquired 4 factory new Diamond Da40 NG aircraft (OO-SKA-B-C-D). 💙 Our average time between graduation and the first airline jobs remains less than 3 months(!) 💙 We hosted 480 exams as an official Austro Control EASA exam center. For 2025: 💙 I hope for better weather than in 2024 (🌧️🌧️🌧️) 💙 We start the expansion of our campus by building new classrooms in the neighbouring hangar, which will mean that we almost double in campus size. 💙 We look forward to welcome 60 new students in our integrated ATPL and MPL programs. 💙 We will expand our office staff and our instructor group. 💙 We continue to invest in our mission to deliver the best possible training in the industry 🔥 A big thank you to all our students, instructors, staff and of course our fantastic partners: Gill Aviation, Simnest Aviation, Diamond Aircraft, FlightLogger, Padpilot, Brussels Airlines, Antwerp Airport, Austro Control, Mathias Coomans, Niels Geuens and Belfius

Bidding adieu to anyone or anything is always #sentimental and #emotional. The #year2024 was Globally eventful with world economies #nosediving and the #ITsector feeling the pinch of budget cuts and reallocation of funds. At #tanaashi we also faced the itch but thanks to the support of #tanaashiteam #customers and #partners, we crossed the hurdles and now ushering into a new year of 2025 with #365days opportunities. Last year we embarked on a new journey of #servicenowpractice and we successfully executed some projects within and outside India. This year we plan to exponentially grow this practice where we get recognized as formidable #servicenowpartners. When #AI and #data are the talk of #indiadiaphora, we at Tanaashi Technologies Pvt Ltd have to listen. On #makeinindia technology and services front, we are #investing / going to #investindia on the following two areas: 1. Business Insights & Analytics where we shall be building #SaaS Statistical Predictive models to help #smeofIndia giving #businessinsights and #dataanalytics. The predictive analysis can be on sales trends, demand capacity planning or any other business dimension. The work is already WIP and we plan to test on a #betacase by Q2 of 2025. 2. LLM models to bring #voiceinteraction on #enterpriseproducts. We are in the design stage of this and plan to have an #MVP by Q4 of 2025. This will use #NLP to give predictive quotient to the answers thrown by this LLM platform. It will use the #historicaldata from the #enterpiseproduct to #intelligently address #userqueries. It will be on a #continuouslearning model.
