It's a proud moment when one of your very best mates from school makes it to such a prestigious position. This is a reflection of a fine mind, prodigious memory and strong character. It also says something of modern Britain, diversity through immigration and meritocracy with integration. Congratulations Gobi, hats off to you and good luck in your new role as a judge.
