Disappointing Service Experience with Smith Property Management Company on behalf of OMC'S [Dublin/Ireland] As a owner under the management of Smith Property Management Company, I feel compelled to express my dissatisfaction with the level of service provided. My experience has been marred by several recurring issues that have yet to be adequately addressed, despite repeated attempts to bring them to your attention. First and foremost, the lack of responsiveness from the property management team is deeply concerning. On numerous occasions, I have reported maintenance of the leaking faucets, only to receive delayed or no response at all. This neglect of basic maintenance requests not only compromises the quality of living but also poses potential health and safety hazards. Furthermore, the lack of accountability and communication exacerbates the frustration. There is a glaring absence of follow-up on reported issues, leaving tenants in the dark regarding the status of their requests. Basic courtesy dictates that owners/tenants should be kept informed of any developments or timelines, yet this seems to be sorely lacking in the approach of Smith Property Management Company.on behalf of OMC (Owner's Management Company) Additionally, there appears to be a disconnect between promised amenities and their actual availability. Discrepancy between expectations and reality reflects poorly on the credibility and integrity of Smith Property Management Company. Overall, my experience with Smith Property Management Company has been disheartening, to say the least. As a tenant, I expect to be treated with respect, professionalism, and promptness, none of which have been consistently demonstrated by your team. It is imperative that urgent action be taken to address these systemic issues and improve the overall service quality provided to tenants. I sincerely hope that this review serves as a catalyst for positive change within Smith Property Management Company.
