And I can't be more thankful, more grateful, and more humble. For all the individuals along the way to help make this happen. So congratulations on 15 years and cheers to the next 15. Hi, my name is Romy Boras. I am a 24 hour caregiver. What I love about being a caregiver is really making a difference and feeling really good and rewarding every single day, every time I go home. I'm in the San Diego region. I am a caregiver for 24 hour Care and the reason why I really love working with 24 hour care is being able to help others in need. I started in 2019 June during the COVID pandemic and I really enjoyed reaching out and being there for the community that was in grave need. Medically. Umm, I enjoy the conversations. I'm Stephanie Medina, Chief People Officer. As we celebrate our 15th anniversary, I can't help but think about the incredible journey that we've all been on. I can recall moments where clients have shared that our caregivers have felt like extended family. I've also recalled moments where families have shared that are caregivers have given them Peace of Mind, knowing that their loved ones are in skilled and compassionate hands. My number is. Speaking. How to come across the border? Always answer all of my questions. My mother is the caregiver to my son and it's always been super easy for both of us to work with 24 hours and they make everything super, super easy and I love working with 24 hours. What I love most about working for 24 hour is the opportunity how I'm able to take care of my brother and also do other things that I need to throughout the day. I also love all the emails. Again, I love looking through those and seeing what sweepstakes I can enter. I love the benefits. Every time I call. If I have a problem with like my timesheet, everyone is so nice. I love what it does for all the other people because if it wasn't for this, I wouldn't be able to support and take care of my brother the way that he should be taking care of because it is 24 hour care that he needs. And apart from my job as a care provider, I really like working with this company because every single time I've called the office with any kind of question or concern, you guys have been so patient and kind and respectful and you guys just really make it seem like a family over there rather than a business. From our caregivers to all of our support teams, each and everyone of you have been part of the heart and soul of this organization for the last 15 years, and your dedication and compassion have touched thousands of lives.
