24TTL: Gifts Innovation. The Tale of New Year Surprises 🎉 Every year, we aim to make the holiday season extraordinary for our clients and partners. It's a great opportunity to nurture relationships with those who trust us and say, 'Friends, thank you for being with us!' Last year, we used AI to create personalized video greetings. On these videos, 24TTL's CEO, Yuri Shishkin, congratulated our partners in three languages: Russian, English, and Spanish. It was our way of highlighting the importance of each culture and making the greeting memorable. In a previous year, we surprised our clients with robot dogs (yes, almost like Boston Dynamics) that not only delivered gifts but also danced to spread holiday cheer. Back in 2020, our special New Year's courier team delivered sweet surprises in large backpacks symbolizing fast delivery. So, what surprises have we prepared this time? We teamed up with Weee! and Anton Sizemin and Anastasiia Kim to launch a New Year project and offering promo codes for our clients and partners for stress-free holiday shopping on WEE’s website and also created our own brand zone featuring 24 carefully selected holiday items for an extra dose of joy. Here it is: https://lnkd.in/dqv_ux3R The brand zone was created using the Shop-in-Shop solution. 24SIS (Shop-in-Shop) is one of our products implemented within the 24STREAM service. It is an innovative tool for creating landing pages on a retailer's website dedicated to a single brand's products. It can look like a mini-site with info about the brand and special offers. 24SIS enhances brand recognition and trust, impacting sales. Along with the promo code, we added a touch of magic and gifted a one-month subscription to 24AI | GENERATIVE CONTENT MAKER FOR E-COMMERCE - a service for generating product images ✨ More to come! Last week, I shared my exciting post about participating in a Product Teardown Challenge focused on Zepto Quick Commerce, and I’m thrilled to announce that Chinmay Biliya and I from the Product Space cohort have just wrapped it up! Our mission? To tackle some pressing issues Zepto faces, particularly in customer retention, which is currently at 45%, and an average order value (AOV) of ₹460. We aimed to enhance product discovery and engagement on the app to drive more frequent and larger orders. How did we go about solving it? Approach: We began with a comprehensive market study, diving deep into user pain points and understanding their desires. Conducting a competitive analysis allowed us to identify what our competitors excel in, guiding our solution development. Challenges: One of the biggest hurdles was grasping user needs through surveys and interviews, which took considerable time. Additionally, designing our presentation deck and prototype was a first for my teammate Chinmay and me, and while we had a clear vision, creating the prototype was more time-consuming than anticipated. Learnings: This experience taught us invaluable lessons about market research, user analysis, prioritizing problems using the MoSCoW framework, utilizing key metrics to drive decisions, and prototyping effective solutions Overall, this challenge has been a fantastic journey of discovery and innovation, pushing us to think critically and creatively! 🔍 Excited to share our solution deck with you all!
