It is very simple ....
This is 3 star rated hotel in BKC,Mumbai.
And chain hotels of India.
First wrong is ....
The design.....
a)Central AC doesn't needed casement top
hung .....No fire escape provisio outside.
b)If power goes, only chance is to open 100
mm with restrictor arm as child lock.
This is not required, because this hotel
has backup power .
second wrong is ......
a)The sticker logo saying that this window
is sealed to avoid mosquitos. 😄😅😄
See the periphery of sash is sealed with
silicone sealant.
The handle with key is enough to
close the sash, if really mosquitos are
entering.
My report is that the sash doesn't have multipoint espag/2 way lock with corner locking mechanism.
And the handle is a cockspur.😟
This is the system house mistake.
Third and main problem is......
THE APPROVEL OF ARCHITECT.
Brown Sepoys from INC, who lie to voters about ₹5L for their vote and blame EVMs while celebrating wins with the same EVMs, won’t tell you G7 backs IMEC (India Middle East Corridor) and will fund its extension to Europe.
