Two great events this past two weeks - #Identiverse24 and #EIC2024. We demonstrated capabilities around Gen-AI and how we believe the industry will be transformed using Gen-AI. At the very heart of that thinking is strong enablement to line of business to interact in a conversational manner. We showed how we can go further and support use cases around configuration and set up of IGA solution. The following text is not a summary from a discovery call by a salesperson. This is how configuration information will be provided to kick-start deployment activities in AskTuebora. “Our organization with around 1500 employees has Workday as HR system and Azure Active Directory to authenticate our Applications. ADP is used for Payroll, while Salesforce is deployed for CRM and Sales Life Cycle, SharePoint and Teams are collaboration tools. ADP access is limited to HR and Finance Teams (Grade 7 and above), while Workday access is only to HR (Grade 6 and above). Support and Sales team members have access to Salesforce. Workday and ADP access is reviewed once a quarter, while other systems once every 6 months. Reviews and Approvals are done by Manager by default except when an entitlement has an owner, it will be done by Entitlement owner. Employee login to Portal is done via 2 factor authentication - first is Azure Active Directory and then OTP sent to their email address. First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Department, Title need to be synchronized from HR System to Azure Active Directory, ADP, Salesforce thrice a day.” Subsequent interactions will allow the user to confirm the business requirements and proceed with the deployment. AskTuebora would help the onboarding process by providing required direction as well as insights. The need for SME for many activities will be eliminated/reduced moving forward. The services footprint will see downward trend as companies can engage in several activities on their own. We will see significant productivity among all stakeholders with this channel of engagement. The platform also facilitates better diagnostics for support personnel. End users will be able to perform day to day activities with lot of ease as well. This means that we will see more integrations and use cases delivered in short period of time and well within IGA budgets. Gen-AI capabilities in IGA holds great promise and future is very bright for those who will embrace it.
