“Most families come to us when there's an urgent need. Senior care is not like shopping for a new car where you research for a long period of time and you know what color you want and what model. It's where something happened and I'm in a panic and I don't know where to turn. So, I'm calling a home care company. We have to be ready to move quickly and provide what the client needs. We've taken that staffing model approach from the very beginning, and I think it's worked really well for us. It's also set us apart in the industry a little bit. Our caregivers love it too. The caregiver culture that we can create here is of the utmost importance. It’s refreshing to learn how franchisors are working to help their franchisees find and retain good help. Second Family explains how they address urgent needs with their innovative staffing model and their emphasis on caregiver satisfaction and flexibility. These aspects create a dynamic and impactful work environment, making it an attractive option for individuals seeking a fulfilling and innovative business opportunity.
