Absolutely thrilled to have met the legendary Marty Cagan in person at the Product Tank event last night! Huge thanks to ProductTank Brisbane for such an inspiring and insightful gathering. As an avid reader of Marty Cagan's books Inspired, Empowered, and Transformed, this experience has further deepened my understanding of building great products. Attending these events always reaffirms the importance of having an empowered team focused on addressing risks related to value, usability, feasibility, and viability. They enhance my understanding of creating products that customers truly love, tackling real customer problems, and transforming teams into empowered units. Key takeaways for the Transformed: 1.
