At Ofis Square, we've created more than just smart workspaces. 💡 We've cultivated communities where trailblazers gather, collaborate, and inspire each other. 🤝 Our tech-enabled desks 🖥️ and conference rooms 🗣 allow you to work smarter. But it's the people 👥 around you that will push you to think bigger. 💭 As Reid Hoffman put it so perfectly: "The fastest ⚡️ way to change yourself is to hang out with people 👥 who are already the way you want to be." We couldn't agree more. That ethos is at the heart ❤️ of Ofis Square. We know that potential 🌟 accelerates when surrounded by the best. 🏅 So come join the change-makers, big thinkers 🧠 and vision-setters 🎯 that call Ofis Square home. 🏠 Be part of a community that raises bars and sets the pace. 🏃♂️ The tools 🛠 to write the future are here. The inspiration 💡 sits next to you. Will you answer the call? 📞 💼 #mondaymotivation #monday #quotes #motivationalquotes #coworking #ofissquare #community

Not a bad office for the day! I'm currently working from Brewdog at the Sidings in Waterloo! Since going self-employed, I've used several co-working spaces, and this one stands out as one of the best. A change of scenery can do wonders for creativity, productivity, and inspiration. It got me thinking, how do you allow your employees to work flexibly and collaboratively? Share your thoughts in the comments below! #flexibleworking #coworkingspace #collaboration

👀1 million+ views to date on The Wall Street Journal’s video profile of Gensler’s Google at St. John’s Terminal workplace. 👀 The 1.3 million square foot workplace consists of a three-story historic building topped with nine new overbuild levels. Pairing sensory-rich physical spaces with on-demand programming, the new and historic portions of the building work together to create an energized workplace underscored by flexible work areas, biophilia, and hospitality-infused common spaces. To quote Amanda Carroll: ”This space should patina in way that none of us can predict.” https://lnkd.in/euneh4KK

The Duolingo office in NYC is a brilliant example of what the future of work looks like—one that genuinely empowers employees by giving them choices on how they want to work. Flexibility and autonomy are no longer just perks but foundational elements of a thriving employee experience. When employees have the freedom to tailor their work environment, it leads to higher engagement, creativity, and overall satisfaction. Organizations that embrace this mindset are paving the way for a new era of work, where trust, flexibility, and culture are key drivers of success. It’s exciting to see companies like Duolingo take charge of redefining the workplace to better align with employees’ needs. Exciting news! Our new NYC office at 4 World Trade Center is officially open and I am so proud to share the story behind it. We designed the space with neurodiversity and inclusivity at the forefront: it offers everything from a hands-on, flexible, modular workshop space to a university library-inspired reading room for quiet, focused work. Special shoutout to our partners at Rapt Studio, who along with our experience design and workplace teams, brought this vision to life. I spoke to Diana Budds at Fast Company to share more about how we’re fostering creativity, collaboration, and innovation through thoughtful workplace design. Just a couple thoughts - This article is largely doom & gloom, but I can't help but think there are unique opportunities in the office market around revitalization & thinking differently on how we view offices conceptually (From all sides). We at Pillar Booth are fairly diversified in the clients we serve (Office, Higher Ed, Public Sector, ETC..) so I like to think I'm not totally biased on this take, but we for sure see a productivity boost working out of our Convene office space. The space is amazing, has everything we need to be successful, & we're around other really smart leaders of innovative companies. I also see many other tenants share this perspective. While some of the doom & gloom narrative is valid, the opportunity of offices here in the US has me excited.
