During previous Prime Days, Amazon was selling more than 100,000 items per minute! Adobe Analytics estimates total online revenues of $14B from the two-days. Using a conservative return rate of 20% means July 16th and 17th could generate nearly $3B in returns. This estimate only addresses the revenue returned; not the cost of processing returns, which would include shipping, handling/sorting, transportation, etc. Avoid the returns-related Prime Daze by having an effective and efficient solution for managing returns and refunds.
