Docs as code is also helpful training data for LLMs :) Good structured data tied which could help with benchmarking as known sources of truth

🎙️🌟 New video: Earlier this week I hosted Dov Hershkovitch from GitLab to a joint webinar where he demonstrated the new GitLab CI/CD Catalog! Briefly, the catalog enables you to easily discover, reuse, and contribute CI/CD components and templates - i.e saving you time! The catalog is available in all GitLab editions. Link to recording (and transcription) is available in the first comment. #gitlab #cicd #webinar #catalog #git

🎉 Breaking news ! 🎉 to-be-continuous is now officially exposed in GitLab's CI/CD catalog. Kicker too supports the component include method. https://lnkd.in/eueGbCms We've just released a latest version of all our templates that support both the legacy "include:project" and the new "include:component" methods. If you're using TBC from a self-managed instance, that requires 16.6 or higher. GitHub Actions can help you ship software faster. And you can implement a CI pipeline in minutes. Each commit starts a pipeline that: - Builds the code - Runs automated tests - Publishes the artifacts What's the goal? You want to detect integration errors ASAP. It also allows your team to develop software rapidly. And you get immediate feedback when errors occur. How do you set up a GitHub Action? Create a YAML workflow file with the required steps. GitHub Actions will trigger when a specific event occurs. - On commit - On tagging - Manually The good part is you'll set this up once. And continue benefiting from CI forever. #developercommunity #softwaredevelopment

🚀 Day 13 of #90daysofdevops! 🚀 Today's focus was all about understanding Git branching strategies, merging vs rebasing, and handling conflicts. 🛠️ I explored how to manage feature branches, handle reverts and resets, and when to use merge vs rebase effectively. The key takeaway: always keep branches synchronized to avoid conflicts and maintain a clean commit history. Also, I practiced creating pull requests and ensuring smooth integration from the dev branch to master! These practical lessons on Git and GitHub workflows are strengthening my DevOps journey. 💻 Ready for more challenges ahead! 💪 #Git #GitHub #DevOps #LearningByDoing #CareerGrowth for more details checkout below blog:
