HCLTech is exploiting it's voice process employees and harassing them like I've never seen before. Even though the employees are contracted to have 2 months of notice period, they are forced to serve 3 months and even then their notice period keeps on getting extended. The employees are not allowed to take any leaves int he entire year, even if planned ahead. They keep getting calls from managers even on weekends and week offs...they're paying peanuts for 9-10 hrs of work and After a full year of hardwork, the employees are given a measly increment of less than INR 500. The employees are junior level employees with little to no bargaining power. It's beyond pathetic.. The employees are treated worse than slaves. And when an employee falls sick and needs to take medical leave with note from doctor, the manager marks their feedback for the month as "needs improvement" because the employee fell sick.
