We are pretty proud of the work we have done to measure and build a high performing and flourishing workplace culture. 2 years of research and testing informed the development of a robust survey that is a true measure of organisational culture. But the survey is just one of the components in our toolkit. Our metholodogy for embedding a refreshed or redefined culture is tried and tested, based on years of experience, and informed by an evidence-based approach. #culture #culturesurveys #measuringculture

This is my second and last post of the day ...you will be pleased to hear . Alongside health and well-being, the organisational culture of the business is critical. I often get asked what is workplace culture ..and accept that it probably means different things to different people . One of the best definitions I have come across and resonates with me is " It's the environment you create for your employees and the sum of your organisations' traditions, interactions, attitudes, values and behaviours. A healthy workplace culture aligns the company policies and employee behaviours with the company's goals while focusing on the well-being of individuals." . I like this because it brings the focus back to the well-being of its individuals ..which has to be paramount . What does it mean to you ? And what are you dong to create the right culture? If you get this right then workplace conflict should become a thing of the past . #organisationalculture #workplaceculture #workplaceconflict

The Crucial Role of Building a Positive Company Culture In the dynamic terrain of today's business world, having a healthy company culture has become more than just a buzzword; it is a strategic necessity that directly affects the success and sustainability of an organization. Moreover, the beliefs, actions, and collective thinking of its employees firmly root company culture, extending beyond the physical office area. Here's a closer look at why fostering a positive company culture is of critical importance: 1. A healthy corporate culture creates an environment where employees feel driven, engaged, and appreciated, leading to employee engagement and satisfaction. Employees are more likely to be dedicated to their jobs and productive when they are happy with their work environment. 2. Attraction and Retention of Talent: A strong and positive business culture functions as a magnet for outstanding people. Job seekers are increasingly viewing cultural fit as a vital component when picking their company. Moreover, a positive culture plays a crucial role in keeping talented employees, minimising attrition rates, and saving recruitment expenditures. 3. Increased Productivity: Employees who experience a sense of purpose, connection, and satisfaction in their work are likely to be more productive. A positive organisational culture encourages collaboration, open communication, and a shared commitment to attaining common goals, ultimately boosting overall efficiency. 4. Innovation and Creativity: A culture that fosters innovation and creativity is necessary to maintain competitiveness in the fast-paced corporate environment of today. When workers freely express their opinions without fear of judgement, innovation thrives, and the company becomes more adaptable to changing circumstances. 5. Improved worker health: A positive workplace culture places a high priority on workers' physical and mental health. This covers programmes like work-life balance support, flexible work schedules, and wellness initiatives. Reduced stress and increased job satisfaction are two of the benefits of a healthy work environment. 6. More cohesive team: Positive business cultures foster cohesion and a sense of belonging among team members. This cohesiveness facilitates better cooperation, efficient teamwork, and the capacity to overcome obstacles as a group. 7. Image and Reputation of Brand:A positive corporate culture has a big impact on how the outside world views the company. Potential employees, clients, partners, and investors are more likely to take notice of a company that has a strong corporate culture. 8. Ability to Adjust to Change: Adaptability is encouraged by a positive organisational culture in a world where change is constant. Workers in these cultures are more able to handle uncertainty, more adaptable to change, and resilient in the face of adversity. #positivemindset #positiveworkenvironment #humanresources #workplaceculture #organizationalculture

A good work culture is the foundation upon which successful organizations are built. Here's a deeper look at what makes up a good work culture: 1. **Clear Vision and Values:** A strong work culture is anchored in a clear vision and set of values that guide decision-making, behavior, and priorities. When employees understand and align with these core principles, it fosters a sense of purpose and direction. 2. **Open Communication:** Effective communication channels, both formal and informal, are crucial for a positive work culture. This includes regular updates, feedback mechanisms, and avenues for sharing ideas and concerns, promoting transparency and trust. 3. **Collaborative Environment:** Encouraging teamwork, cross-functional collaboration, and knowledge sharing creates a sense of camaraderie and collective achievement. When employees collaborate seamlessly, it leads to higher productivity, innovation, and problem-solving capabilities. 4. **Empowerment and Accountability:** Empowering employees with autonomy, decision-making authority, and opportunities to take on new challenges instills a sense of ownership and accountability. When individuals feel empowered to make meaningful contributions, it drives engagement and performance. 5. **Recognition and Rewards:** Recognizing and rewarding employees for their efforts, achievements, and contributions reinforces positive behavior and motivates continued excellence. This could include formal recognition programs, incentives, promotions, or even simple expressions of appreciation. 6. **Work-Life Balance:** Promoting a healthy work-life balance demonstrates a commitment to employees' well-being and helps prevent burnout. Offering flexible work arrangements, wellness initiatives, and supportive policies fosters a culture of work-life harmony. 7. **Continuous Learning and Development:** Providing opportunities for ongoing learning, skill development, and career growth shows that the organization invests in its employees' professional advancement. This not only enhances individual capabilities but also strengthens the overall talent pool. 8. **Diversity and Inclusion:** Embracing diversity, equity, and inclusion creates a welcoming and equitable work environment where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to contribute their best. Celebrating diversity of backgrounds, perspectives, and ideas leads to innovation and creativity. 9. **Adaptability and Resilience:** A good work culture is adaptable and resilient in the face of challenges, changes, and disruptions. Cultivating a culture of flexibility, agility, and resilience enables the organization to navigate uncertainties and seize opportunities for growth. 10. **Ethical Standards:** Upholding ethical standards, integrity, and ethical decision-making is fundamental to a positive work culture.
