I’ve been working with a number of candidates recently who are wanting to make the change from sales to recruitment These are the reasons why: Sales roles are often limited – I’ve spoken to candidates who want to see something through from initial pitch, to signing on, and continue their relationship with their customer, but often these roles are taken by different members of the team However, recruitment offers many roles in one; Business development, candidate generation, account management, advertising, negotiation etc. meaning you gain so many more skills and get to see all of your customers through to the end Often in sales you also only get a portion of the fee, as you share this with either an account manager, or different members of the team With 360 recruitment you will get 100% of the fee to your name, and earn some excellent commission on this too There are of course other reasons people are wanting to make the switch, but these are the two that are coming up most at the moment!
