Is there a human cost to artificial intelligence? 🤔 Discussions around AI have often centred around the human impact, with many sharing concerns about the future workforce. Our Annual Pay & Hiring Survey found that 51% of employees think AI will affect their job in some capacity. However, less than 2% of employers believe that it will lead to a reduction in headcount. We should look at how it can help their job and improve efficiencys rather than fear it taking over. We should be using it appropriately and there are situations it should 100% not be used. We recently discussed this point in a group I am part of in Product.

You definitely need to build a set of rules around AI use. And for now that is mainly around efficiently, time saving. But it does extend to using it for tasks that traditionally a person would do... I'd love to be a fly on the wall in universities right now - how are they preparing junior marketers for this world that is changing so rapidly?
