We are honored to have been recognized by the Ukrainian and Danish government delegations at the summer reception for the Danish business community in Kyiv. A special congratulations to Viktoriya Alexeeva and Anna Poloz, SPHRi™ for highlighting 3Shape Ukraine's impressive 30% growth in employees since the onset of the war. Their dedication and resilience, along with the entire team in Ukraine, are truly commendable. It was a great honor to represent 3Shape Ukraine at the reception of Mr. Ole Egberg Mikkelsen - the Ambassador of Denmark to Ukraine. Yesterday, Anna Poloz, SPHRi™ and I attended the informal summer reception for the Danish business community with the Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine Oleksii Sobolev, CFA and the Business Ombudsman Roman Waschuk as guests of honor. We were introduced to other Danish companies in Ukraine, talked about current challenges (such as manpower shortage), heard about new initiatives from the Ministry of Economy to support businesses in Ukraine etc. ✅Mr. Sobolev encouraged 3Shape Ukraine to continue with the Diia City project and was very pleasantly surprised to hear that we have 530 people in Ukraine and have grown by 30+% since the beginning of the war. ✅ Mr. Ambassador took a lot of time to ask questions about 3Shape. We shared many memories of the war so far and talked about how proud we both are to be associated with Denmark - a country that is so remarkably supportive of Ukraine. ✅ Mr. Ambassador mentioned a few times that he was happy to see female management in IT/MedTech and that we are basically 50/50 overall at 3Shape Ukraine. We left the reception with a very light heart and in a great mood. There are people who care, people who have the same struggles, people who also want a prosperous Ukraine and jobs for Ukrainians. The Ambassador’s speech ended with a phrase that will stay with me. “We continue to fight. Ukraine’s freedom is our freedom” 🇩🇰 🇺🇦
