"🤣 Just realized that as an HR professional, I've become a professional juggler! 🤹♀️ Balancing interviews, resumes, employee issues, and company culture all in one day. It's like running a circus without the big top! But hey, we HR folks have mastered the art of keeping all those balls in the air, and occasionally, we even get to wear a top hat (metaphorically speaking). 🎩 Kudos to all my fellow HR jugglers out there! 🙌 . . . #HRHustle #JugglingAct #HRHumor #HRProblems #CultureCrafting #InterviewWizards #HRHeroes"

Human Resources should reconsider the practice of saying, "I will get back to you after an interview" and opt for a more transparent approach. Instead of leaving candidates in the dark, HR should provide constructive feedback on the reasons for rejection and suggest specific skills for improvement. This not only ensures that candidates are not left unheard but also empowers them with valuable insights to enhance their skills and confidence for future opportunities. #FeedbackEmpowers #ConstructiveHR #CareerGrowthFeedback #TransparentHiring #SkillBoost #EmpoweringCandidates #FutureOpportunities #HRInsights #ConfidenceBuildingFeedback #CareerDevelopment

Certified DISC & EQ Assessor | Subject Expert - Organizational Development, Talent Management, Learning & Development, HRM & Strategic Recruitment
As an HR professional, reacting without understanding can lead to undesirable outcomes. I learned this the hard way. I remember the first time I sat down to take the HR round of interviews and instead of understanding the questions and intensity of the mindset of the panel, I jumped in and asked two random questions. Needless to say, they turned out to be little less weighable. However, after taking a step back and observing the situation, I analyzed which level and under what circumstances I need to ask questions to the candidate. This change in approach yielded positive results. I was involved in all major meetings, my thoughts were evaluated and appreciated, and were also considered for hiring the candidate. So, always remember, understanding the situation first is key to success. As an HR professional, it's important to analyze and observe before taking any action. #HR #professionaldevelopment

Dear HR Recruiters, There's no flawless interview. Even with meticulous preparation, something's always missing. What's missing? The feeling – the instinct to trust a candidate for the role. Many are trained to deceive; others may overstate themselves. Trusting your instincts comes from active engagement, building experience over time. Add the trust of your instincts; it will empower your empathy. #HR #recruiting #motto #mantra #career #goals
