The office is about leadership, effectively using your assets, partnering with both landlords and tenants, and, as it always should have been, being people centric. In APAC, office spaces are evolving beyond traditional tasks to become hubs of collaboration and social interaction. In major cities like Singapore, Hong Kong, and Tokyo, the efficiency of the transport system makes commuting easy. Consequently, office spaces remain highly utilised. AI could enhance the tenant and occupier experience, presenting positive opportunity.
