We spent $24,600 on Indeed ads, campaigns, and sponsored jobs. 1 out of those 17 hires came via Indeed. $24,600 per hire! 😭 So far in 2024 we've made 24 FTE hires 🎉 To date this year, we've spent only $3,560 with Indeed, and 3 of those 24 hires came from there. $1,186 per hire 😎 We have some sources where our spend is $0, yet perform better. Should I spend more money on Indeed, or should we focus on other sources?
