I learned this from Alex Hormozi last week at his HQ: I recently spent two days with Alex and Leila Hormozi and their headquarters in Vegas For context, I run the biggest power washing brand in the world. We’ve been building this franchise system since February of 2023, and we have 187 locations nationwide. What is a major characteristic of a great CEO? After many studies, great CEOs excel in: Resource Allocation. What is resource allocation? It’s determining where to place your team members, capital, vendors to get max utilization While I was there, I had my Brand President and Content Strategist with me for a couple reasons There are two ways to grow a franchise business: 1) Help franchisees generate more revenue and scale their companies to produce more royalties 2) Find more qualified franchisees and decrease cost to acquire a franchisee At Rolling Suds, the franchisees are our customers.
