HAPPY NATIONAL PROPERTY MANAGERS DAY! If someone were to ask me: “What does a property manager do?” my answer would be something like this – we consult, negotiate, support, deal with strange requests, discover pets we didn’t know about, discover tenants we didn’t know about, chase money, chase lease renewals, de-escalate emotional owners, de-escalate emotional tenants, de-escalate each other. We also laugh, band together, always have a good story on tap and deliver genuine care. No wonder there are so many wine references!
