We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Fund Manager for Fund Administration and Valuation !
As a Fund Manager, under the responsibility of the Head of Fund Administration and Valuation, you will be at the forefront of executing FA and valuation activities for our investment funds. You will also provide support to the expansion of our management company business.
📝 Key Responsibilities:
- Implement operational processes and control frameworks for Fund Administration, including NAV calculations, fund accounting records, financial reporting, and investor communication.
- Implement operational processes and control frameworks for asset valuation, liaising with external valuers.
- Develop and maintain relevant policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the expansion of 6M's activities.
- (Future Responsibility) Manage a team of fund accountants.
- Develop efficient processes to support the AIFM's growth, including automation, software/API implementation, and liaising with developers.
- Manage relationships with industry service providers, including auditors, law firms, and banks.
- Attend technical training sessions.
- Support executive management with various tasks, reflecting the dynamic nature of our start-up environment.
🔹 Profile:
- Master's degree from a university or business school, or similar professional qualification.
- 5-8 years of experience with Alternative Investment Funds (Private Equity) and/or Management Companies.
- Excellent accounting skills.
- Interest in Blockchain/Crypto ecosystems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage effectively.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluent in French and English.
