I have a new non-fiction book coming out! The Philosophy of Cider will be published on June 13th 2024. The majority of people have no idea cider is anything other than a mass-market sweetened fizzy beverage, often necked by street drinkers, but there is a parallel universe where cider is made the way that wine is, by artisans, and revered as a gift from nature. Here's a preview on my Substack of the 1st chapter which might make you rethink what cider is. https://lnkd.in/eJiEDjka
