Rivian "Backcountry" Our team at 6DEGREES FILMS wanted to create a film that demonstrates the capabilities of the Rivian R1T in snowy, mountainous environments. We teamed up with Override Films to create a backcountry ski film with a narrative that weaves together the EV's capabilities driving in snow and compares it with an agile skier in the backcountry of Big Cottonwood Canyon in Salt Lake City. Filming on location in the backcountry presented many challenges. After working around numerous storm systems and rescheduling multiple times we found a weather window and thanks to our backcountry guides and production team at Override, we were able to safely produce the ski portion of the film. It looks like a revival of film cameras. Are film cameras now back, but as luxury goods? Is old technology now "new opportunities". It's going to be an interesting case study to see how the market develops and how successful these are. #Rollei35AF #Rollei #analogue #world
Mint's new Rollei 35AF camera is taking shape, and I'd buy it over the new Pentax!

--- Should You Watch The NEW 'Ferrari' Film? 🏎️ --- I was able to get around to see the Ferrari film today, so here's a brief review WITHOUT spoilers! 👇 --- Film Plot 🎬 --- To give a brief summary of what the film is about, as the title alone does not give it away a huge deal, and you may not have seen the trailer. The film is based in 1957, during a period where Ferrari is on the brink of bankruptcy, after Enzo Ferrari and his wife founded the company 10 years prior. In a bid to rescue the business, Mr Ferrari decides to take a gamble on the iconic Mille Miglia, a daring 1,000-mile race across Italy. 🇮🇹 Much of the film focuses more so on the personal life and struggles of Enzo Ferrari, until the prestigious Mille Miglia begins later on in the film, so if you are looking for a film entirely around racing then this may not be for you. --- What I Liked MOST About It? 👍 --- I found this film to do an excellent job of reflecting the struggles that Enzo Ferrari went through with both business and his personal life, the actors/actresses did a fantastic job in this regard. The film also did a fantastic job of creating drama especially during the main race, such a good job in fact that this alone is reason to watch it! If you are a car enthusiast who enjoys to know more than just the models released from a car brand then I am confident you will enjoy this film and find it very interesting, and if you are a Ferrari specific fan then you MUST watch it, thats if you have not already... 😂 --- What I Liked LEAST About It? 👎 --- I did have one negative, which was that for many parts of the film in the first half, I felt were a little too slow paced, which is ironic since it is about such a fast car brand. The CGI was also pretty poor to be honest but if that is not a concern for you then I wouldn't worry about as it only featured in a handful of scenes. --- Summary --- Other than that I felt it was a very interesting film which I would recommend giving a watch, especially if you have a little more time than usual heading into the New Year. Not to mention, the final 30 minutes of the movie was truly remarkable and every aspect of the film from the story telling, to the performance of the cast was spot on, and if you have seen the film or give it a watch, I'm sure you will agree! 🫡 If you have seen the film too, I would love to hear your thoughts on it too! 🗣️ --- Rating = 8/10 --- #Ferrari #FerrariFilm #CarEnthusiast
