What's up, folks! 😎 So, how do you bundle your TypeScript libraries 📚in a simple and fast way? At Enonic, we have a new kid on the block. Tsup Starter is the latest starter for the Enonic platform. It enables a quick and simple way to kick off the development process by bundling together a skeleton of an empty Enonic app, a modern, lightning-fast TypeScript transpiler/bundler called Tsup, and several examples showcasing capabilities of the Enonic platform: admin extensions, localization, error handling, integration with React, and more. Compared to the older TypeScript transpilators (tsc and Babel), Tsup delivers more than a 5x increase in performance thanks to using ESBuild and SWC. Smooth 🛝! Tsup Starter provides the following features out of the box 🥡, in addition to transpilation and bundling: tree-shaking, polyfilling, code-splitting, type checking, and hot reload.
