It is always great to receive customer feedback, with our latest saying; 'Needed to replace a 24yr old Open Vented Cylinder which had developed a leak. Many plumbers wanted to steer us into installing an Unvented system which would have meant a lot more unnecessary disruptive building & pipe work. Lloyd refrigerator, model no. GLSF590DSST1PB, which was purchased on 2nd November 2021 by one of cousin. On 16th May 2024, He had registered a complaint (Complaint No. 16052430433218) regarding the refrigerator’s malfunction. A technician visited and charged him Rs.600 for the service visit. The have picked up the refrigerator 15 days back and now they are saying its not repairable as the Chinese team is not responding to them for support. As per the company team the value of the refrigerator after warranty is ZERO and they can provide a replacement on paying 50%. Does this make any sort of sense. Mails sent to then is just getting standard response. No reply to the mail sent to Escalation desk. Just a long wait since 16th May 2024 today its 10th June 2024 with no solution or any update. The company representative has no answer and asked him to take the follow up on mail as he is also clueless to resolve the issue. Can anyone help to get this addressed as he is not getting any response from the company. #Havells

One typical problem is that sometimes the lid doesn’t close all the way. There are several possible causes for this, including as warped lids, worn-out gaskets, bent hinges, etc. In this article, we will list and explain different reasons why your Traeger lid does not close all the way. Let us dive right in. The hinges may be bent or misaligned The hinges on a Traeger lid may be deformed or misaligned, which is one of the most frequent causes of lid failure. This may occur as a result of unintentional lid slamming or normal wear and tear over time. The lid will not close correctly if the hinges are bent, and you could also notice that the closed lid is not level. Worn-out gasket The gasket is a rubber seal that encircles the lid’s edge and aids in producing a tight seal. Heat and smoke may leak via a worn-out or damaged gasket, which may also make it difficult for the lid to close correctly.
