THE TASK: The Seller needed to remove a 9' pool table, a 7x7' weight machine with 210 pounds of attached plates, a treadmill, 7 televisions, and 3 filing cabinets before closing. THE CHALLENGE: The Seller had already moved out of state, and we had two days to complete it. We had to find contractors to disassemble the pool table, weight machine, and treadmill and then find a mover to relocate them to a storage unit. THE SOLUTION: We made calls to Billy, Tim, and Davon. Billy dismantled and moved the pool table, Tim broke down the weight equipment and treadmill, and Davon moved everything to the storage unit. We got everything out, and we closed without any delays. CURB APPEAL - PART 5 - Avoid the look of neglect. You see it every day and may no longer really notice all the little repairs that are needed. If you have cracked or stained sidewalks and driveways, repair and seal them. Stain the deck if it needs it. This is usually a one-day project and it will pay big dividends. If you have vinyl or metal siding, it may need a good pressure washing to freshen it up. Don't own a pressure washer? Rent one. Replace broken or cracked glass, make sure windows are cleaned inside and out and don't forget to clean the gutters.
