I share with you my positive impressions based on the results of a two-day working visit of the NLMK DanSteel A/S, which is part of the NLMK Europe. In 2021-2022, we experienced great difficulties with the outflow of technical personnel from this site and now I am completely confident that the decision to appoint Morten Bregner Kristensen to the position of head of the M&R department was correct. Over the past year, he managed to stabilize the situation, bring back many of those who left us, and practically fill all existing needs in terms of personnel. Significant progress is evident in terms of developing team spirit, vision and goal setting, as well as improving systematic work to develop the organization. Together with the team, we discussed in detail the maintenance organization development roadmap for 2024 and its current results, the next steps to implement additional leading indicators that allow us to manage the process in terms of performing scheduled maintenance, increasing equipment reliability and reducing costs as well as the practical steps in these directions. Again, I am impressed by the progress in staffing the team and improving process management. Of course, there is still a lot of work ahead, but there is a stable base for development.
