One of the common challenges I see with hiring VAs is that a lot of business owners are unsure what they should have a virtual assistant do. They might wander around saying, "What do you have your VA do? Do you have a list of things that your VA could do?" This is a sign that you are not ready yet to hire somebody. How do you figure out what your VA should do? The easy way to figure out what your VA should do is to just figure out what you currently are doing that you don't WANT to be doing. We have our clients do a time study to figure out where they're spending their time. They figure out which tasks they enjoy doing and which tasks they don't enjoy. Those tasks that you don't enjoy? Give them to your team. Find someone who enjoys doing them.
