🚀 Last week's AI Hackathon was a phenomenal showcase of innovation and teamwork! For 30 hours of pure joy, our R&D teams, alongside key customer-facing employees, plunged into the ideation phase to ensure our solutions were aligned with customer needs. Here's what we learned: 1. Organic teams excelled in both execution and ideation. 2. Extending the "classical" hackathon timeframe allowed for improved performance and better time management. 3. Practical time constraints encouraged risk-taking and the development of solutions beyond mere prototypes. 4. Seeing two of the three proposed features advance towards production readiness significantly boosted motivation. 5. The announcement of the next hackathon date kept the excitement going!
