How is it possible that I'm sat in Turkey, talking to a Scottish person about a coffee brand that started in #Liverpool ? Branding, that's how. Let me rewind ⏪ Last week I was in Turkey and I got talking to a woman about the coffee being awful in the Hotel we were staying in. She mentioned about this great coffee place near her house or office (I can't remember which). It turns out that that Coffee place was non other than our good friends over at 92º. That’s when it hit me—THAT is the power of great branding. It seems to me that sales is what you default to when you don’t know how to build a brand. But when you do build a brand your customers do the selling for you, and it’s fuelled by genuine love for what you offer.
