All too often we look to the traditional power structures of organizations for leadership. We think executives set strategy, managers implement programs, and our frontline folks implement the plan. Still talking about it! How do you know you've held a successful and impactful summit? When people are still discussing what they learned and actively applying it to their daily work. We've hosted many gatherings focused on team building and having a good time—which is powerful in its own right. But this year, we took it a step further with our first formal summit. This event united the entire Peachtree team, creating a cohesive unit that collaborates and supports one another. By bringing everyone together, we gained valuable insights into each market, and our teams supported each other across regions. During the summit, we redefined and reintroduced our core values. How do we know our message was impactful? Because everyone is still talking about it! In person, on social media, and in our group chats, leadership is highlighting individuals who exemplify each core value. The team is encouraging each other to “shine” and sharing examples of how they represent these values. This is the culture we aimed to create, and we’re proud to see it thriving.
